Mac Down how save sleepyhead data?

I'm a new user of the forum.
Thank you in advance for your replies and excuse me for my english.

I'm an italian user of sleepyhead.
Unfortunately my mac is down.
Before reinstalling the OS i'm trying to save all the session memorized by sleepyhead.
Someone can help me?
What files i must save to keep information to restore data in the new installation?

Those sessions should be saved on your SD Card. When you get your Mac up and running again just put the CD card back in and download all the sessions in the usual way.

Depending on your SleepyHead version, kook for a folder named SleepyHeadData or SleepyHeadData-Testing. It should be in your user(home) folder.
