SEFAM Analyse help?
Hi,
I just downloaded my data into the Sefam software and have to be honest, I haven't a clue where to start looking. What I'd like to do is ensure my CPAP settings are optimal. Can anyone give me any pointers for starting out with this software, and where to look?
The machine seems to be working well - my blood pressure has gone down from hypertension to optimal, and for the first time ever my Garmin watch reported my sleep as excellent and well balanced! I'm ~1 month in. Still often tired though.
