Mask for high pressure...
So, for the past several years I've been using the ResMed Air Touch F20. I'm getting annoyed with the band on the top of my head. I suppose there isn't anything I can do about that, but I've been wondering about other types of masks -- I've always used a full-face mask, as I sometimes sleep with my mouth open. Wondering about trying a nasal mask, but my pressure is 17 and over, so I'm not sure if any of them would work.
Anyone out there using high pressures with different types of masks, and do they work?

With your mouth hanging open, the pillows and nasal mask will just blow the air out your mouth. Unless you can maintain a tongue seal.
If the F20 mask was a perfect fit and perfectly adjusted, it should maintain seal at 25 cmH2O like mine did when I used ASV. The big but, I had to strap it too tight for comfort. So nix that and replace with something else. Broken Record Dave says look at Fisher and Paykel Vitera full face. You'll need to deal with a forehead bar to leverage the top strap set. You gain comfort and a great seal for the top strap set with the F&P RollFit bellows on the cushion.

I hated the forehead thing, had it on my resmed Quattro, and it always bugged me, but maybe I should give a new mask a try to see.

I use the P10 with a base of 11-17 (plus increases) and have used it over 20 without problems. I WAS a mouth breather (months to learn the tongue technique (See the Mask Primer)
