Lowest AHI yet.

Lowest AHI yet.
It was 0.2 this morning. That's the lowest it's been since having started SA therapy on Sept. 10, 2018. I've had some 0.3's here and there from time to time.

Not sure why it was that low, as it felt like any other night. Anyways, it was nice to see it that low. At this stage in my therapy, my AHI is usually under 2.0 for the most part.

Are you sure you were actually sleeping or were you dreaming that you were sleeping?
Congratulations on the achievement.
