Message on my answering machine this afternoon / Stop the Presses
"Hi it's Tracy from VitalAire calling for Sean. Sean I thought I'd let you know I found out VitalAire will switch your CPAP machine for an APAP machine, it's just a matter of us intercepting your ADP letter before it gets to the government. I think we can manage that, it hasn't reached them yet. And also of course I'd have to get Dr. T---- now to sign your government form for an APAP machine, which I'm sure he'll do because he did write you the order. So just hang in there with your CPAP and I'll let you know as soon as we do manage to get our hands on that CPAP application hopefully and get rid of it before it gets to the government and then we can get the APAP one processed for you. If you have any questions give me a call. Thanks. Bye."

Now I'm excited. I'll finally get an AutoSet!"

Oh. It was that obvious. Maybe I've overstayed my welcome.
In that case I won't ask for help with my new ClimateLine.
I'll just chalk it up to a waste of everyone's time. Glad it didn't cost me anything.

Don't be silly. She did add a bigwink emoticon. And you were totally entitled to whine.

Quick Sean, grab your tent and some camping supplies and setup camp in front of their door, you can offer them some campfire cooked breakfast as soon as they arrive to work to help grease the the wheels!Too-funny

Here's the ClimateLine Information Guide: http://www.resmed.com/in/assets/document...ac_eng.pdf

Yes, Sean, I was teasing. That's what the wink was for.

If you use the humidifier and your bedroom is colder than the humidifier temp, you'll love the climateline.
