FFM with no neck strap?

FFM with no neck strap?
I have a spinal injury, and i tried sooo many masks, even trying to cut the back with scissors. best fit for me is evora, but i can't have pressure on the back of my neck at all ( it's not tight, any looser and the lower pard of the cushion start leaking. i fitted my cushion to s-M size after trying LArge as well.

I tried resmed FFM, Dreamwear, Vitera, etc.. they all have neck strap.
i can't sleep with pillow or nasal as i had tongue surgery that let the higher pressure leak in to my cheecks.

RE: FFM with no neck strap?
The strap is too low if it is on your neck. You should adjust the top-of-the-head strap to raise the lower back strap to the point that it is on the base of the skull and not the neck. A good way to determine if the strap is too low, is to tilt your head back while wearing the mask. If it gets tighter, then it's too low. Keep adjusting it higher until there is no change in mask tension.

My apologies.  Disregard.  (Was going to recommend Bleep mask, but saw where you can't tolerate pillow mask).
