When referring to OSCAR [on the forum]
Some folks may not be aware, but when you refer to the OSCAR software in a forum post, if you put a hashtag (# or as us old-timers call it the "number-sign") in front of the word OSCAR, it will create an automatic link to the OSCAR download page.
When you post your message, it will then look like this:
(If you hover over the word OSCAR in the above quote, you'll see that the word OSCAR has become a link to the OSCAR download page).
We have several newbies who may read posts that refer to OSCAR, but they have no clue what OSCAR actually is.
By using the hashtag # immediately before the word OSCAR, you'll be helping folks understand that you're referring to the software and also give them an automatic link to the download page where they can obtain the software for themselves.
