RE: Fatigue from sleep apnea
I've looked at your more recent charts (though there are none for the past few days), and I'm seeing that you are still frequently changing your settings and not keeping consistent times for going to bed and getting up. You are also still experiencing fairly heavy flow limitations and frequent arousals.
I think the advice I offered on 11/20 is about all I can offer this time around as well. Although there are some days with missing data, it looks as though you preferred not to take that advice. That's OK; it's your therapy. But any particular reason?
Did you sleep any better at sea level?
RE: Fatigue from sleep apnea
I have a severly deviated septum along with enlarged terbinates so I essentially can't breath out of my nose any solutions well I wait for surgery and to fully recover from said surgery
RE: Fatigue from sleep apnea
I hope the surgery will be successful and improve your sleep.
