I am really eager to get some advice from some of the gurus here; seeing the helpful advice and wise counsel in these posts makes me excited to benefit as well. I think my AHI will be considered great, but most of the other areas seem to be excessive and perhaps dangerous. However, my results seem to change night-to-night, and I'm such a klutz that I mess up some of the recordings, so I put off asking for help until I have all my "stuff" in the same sock... It may be smarter to upload my mess and let you folk tell me what to post next, so I'll show the most recent and cross my fingers.
One of the numerous problems SH is showing is leaks. I've only noticed a leak around the pillows of the P10 once, and that was last night. I was able to get it stopped (that is, I didn't feel the tiny breeze any longer) pretty quickly. Nevertheless, I've had complaints from SH (and RS, the two or three times I've uploaded data into it) about major leaks. (Of course, MyAir shows a happy face for Mask every morning!)
I'm working on fabricating a chin strap to ensure that my mouth stays closed. However, although I am experiencing some episodes of dry mouth, lips/gums, I don't believe that's where the leaks are occuring; even when I'm congested, I typically breath through my nose unless it's impossible. (I've somehow developed a pattern of pressing my tongue against the roof of my mouth, and on more than one occasion I've found that my tongue as well as my gums were stuck. Does that seem strange to you as it does to me?)
I carefully synchronized starting my SpO2 and AirSense10 (and the oxi concentrator) within a minute of each other last night, yet I somehow failed to get the CMS50F into record mode. So although my greatest concern is my O2, I hope you can use these ResMed data to get an idea of my condition.

ShaunBlake,
Please see the links in my signature below for how to organize your charts.

Here's the Stats from yestiddy, the 3rd (actually early this AM) and the Daily top (rearranged) graphs & calendar/summary. I can post the other graphs though I understand they aren't as important or are unnecessary.

Thanks Walla Walla. The Flow Limit looks scary, and the Pressure is intimidating as well. But as I said, my O2 is my greatest concern; the leaks are pretty bad -- mosquitoes buzzing around my ears.
Would it be appropriate to post SpO2 data, or do I need to merge it with the ResMed data? I haven't merged them after the first couple of days because my first few days' data are pretty ragged -- I'm not sure but I think I messed it up by bumping or moving the sensor and spoiling the readings. (I'm concerned about daytime as well as sleeping levels because of what I've seen on the full-day recordings.)
Events are spectacularly good. You have some persistent flow limitation and a little bit or RERA that might respond to EPR at 3. No apparent risk of centrals, so why not? I'm not sure what more you want out of the therapy, but that's all I have is to suggest taking EPR up a notch.

I'm not a chart reader, but I'll comment on what has worked for me for leaks...
I find that I don't leak when:
- I'm using newer P10 pillows. (After a month of use, the pillow is too stretched out, and starts to not fit my nostril as well.)
- I'm using newer headgear. (After several months of use, the headgear is so stretched out that the nasal pillow troops away from my nose. It comes with clips to help tighten the stretched-out headgear, and that does help me a bit... if I can get the clip to stay on.)
- I'm using a large enough pillow. (If I use too small of a pillow, I can't get a full enough breath, and [in my sleep] my mouth opens to get that fuller breath, and thus major leakage.)
As far as posting O2 data, yes you can post it here with the software that comes with the oximeter. Post it the same way you post sleepyhead. Make a screen shot of it etc, etc.
