an update... a week later and i've now had five consecutive nights under five!
I reduced full time EPR to 1; increased min pressure and decreasing the max seems to be working. Am not touching anything else until after seeing the sleep doc in late Feb. thanks to all. definitely one of the best fourms i've been a member of.
