My insp time is always longer than my exp time...is that bad?
Please see attached chart for last night's OSCAR data. Trying to understand what this means now that I have my flow limits down.  Thanks

This is normal and nothing to be concerned about. How's your sleep been w/ these settings?

Ok thanks. Since downloading oscar and improving my flow limit and switching masks all in the last week I’m feeling better. It’s so hard to fully compare because a sick kid has been waking me up several times a night. Once that settles I’m guessing I’ll feel great
