Therapy Analysis
           
With a lot of help from everyone I gotten a huge improvement in my settings. I have been waking up without a headache feeling good too. I have noticed over the last few days that my blood oxygen levels have dropped overall after changing my settings. Not drastically bit noticeable on my graphs. I have been running 92% to 98% now its 89% to 96%.(apple watch) Should I raise my pressure some or am I over thinking and I should jut enjoy the sleep.

Things look good, you feel good. Your Apple Watch is good for general direction. If you want a more detailed O2 analysis, get an oximeter for use during sleep. Wellvue is a popular one and integrates into OSCAR.
