I've not posted a chart here for quite some time now just because I feel like things are going ok. Here's my last night OSCAR chart - could you experts take a look at it for me and let me know if anything sticks out?
I'd say the only real issue I have is that I still mouth breath all night long and just don't know how to fix that up! I've tried chin straps, neck braces, taping my mouth shut (which only lasts a minute or so because I feel like I'm about to suffocate)!!
Your profile suggests you are using a full face mask, so if you are mouth breathing it won't have much affect on your therapy.
Looking at the leak graph, the areas that are spiked are usually mask movement.
The other thing I see is that the pressure graph suggests you should up your minimum pressure to 9cm to take care of those Obstructives. Otherwise, it looks good.

RE: Need a quick check-up on my chart!
It looks good and your leaks are fine. If you want to try moving the min up 1 to 8 it could reduce some H events and give you a little more oxygen (your mention suffocating). I take a min of 9 or I’m taking my mask off at night to get more air.
It is just how you feel with the min - your numbers are fine it is all how you feel at the min pressure. Raise it until you feel you are getting enough air.
I think increasing minimum pressure to 8.0 will stabilize your machine and be less disruptive to your sleep. Your current median pressure is over 8.5 anyway. That's the only thing that stands out for now.

Brilliant - thanks everyone for the responses! I'll up my min pressure to 8, then see how things look and if that's not enough I can kick it up to 9!! Appreciate you guys!!
