New CPAP Oscar Help Graphs
Please could someone help me adjust my machine and understand the data from my Oscar graphs.
I have used it on and off for a month, but struggling keeping it on more than 3hrs most nights (I posted one of my only full-nights sleep with it). I'm going to consistently use it from here on out though to hopefully get used to it.
I use a Resmed Airsense 10 Auto + Air Fit F20 Full-face Mask. I have a beard as and would preferably like to keep it if possible, however I think the leaking is causing the issue. I have it very tight on my face but seem to wriggle around a lot.

Which has been really helpful, I'm just confused on the amount I need to tweak it.
Attached zoomed out full-night sleep + zoomed in normal breathing flow rate.
