New CPAP user - CPAP help
Was diagnosed in december, started using CPAP a week ago. Initially struggled with mouth breathing but taping and chin strap seems to have helped. Any recommendations on adjustments?

Good job you are doing well. You do have some more Oa that should be controlled by moving the Min up 1 to 9. give that a try and post again and when you do post leave the colander off use the key F9 key stroke on the keyboard. It is a toggle key.
