New Data
Please give suggestions:

I tried wearing a collar, but I couldn't sleep. The more recent reports with the low numbers is because of the way I position my pillows. I'd rather adjust them to get the low numbers than use a collar.

RE: New Data
Sadly, I have no expertise to advise you on your SH data. I can tell you that using pillows works for me as well. I haven't tried the cervical collar... well, I had a whiplash years ago and had to wear one for a while; it was awful and even if I were desperate (which I am) it wouldn't work for me. Body pillows are too thick & firm; I've used feather pillows for several years and found them to be very comfortable. I recently added a filled pillow -- alone it would be too firm, but it augments the other two fairly well, and I already had it on hand.

RE: New Data
It's your choice how you pursue comfort. There are some minor clusters of obstructive events that might respond to a smaller c-collar or better management of your sleep position, but this is an acceptable result clinically, and it's up to you if it's good enough for you. You could allow machine pressure to go as high as 15 cm as needed rather than give it only 1-cm of increase. Again, what makes you sleep better i better for you.

RE: New Data
I think maximum pressure of 15, and possibly increase the minimum by 0.5. Maybe start with the maximum pressure change, and add in the minimum pressure increase if needed.
