Good luck with it JoLyn. Don't worry, it takes a few weeks to get used to it, you just need to hang in there. 

This helps a lot tubster1 ... I have been getting a bit stressed about it all. And thanks for giving me a pass on using the SleepyHead for a while

JoLyn, you don't need to "use" Sleepyhead for now, other than learning how to import data and posting graphs here, so advanced users can help you maximize your therapy based on those charts. 

You do not need to become an expert in Sleepyhead. Don't stress about that. 

But it is in your interest to post charts earlier than later.
