Just got replacement Dreamstation and my AHI is high. Anything I could change to help treatment?

Positional apnea
See how the OA events are a series of Clusters, this is the tell. It's most likely a result of you tucking your chin into your chest.
First look at your pillow situation, use 1, not two pillows. Think flatter, less firm. The concept is to keep your neck straight and not 'kink' your airway.
If this doesn't work, you will need to use a soft cervical collar. Read the link in my signature.

Just throwing in a note that it's possible to chin tuck while sleeping on your side. You don't need to be a back sleeper to chin tuck.
