New OSCAR won't run

I downloaded the new version of OSCAR. It will import data but will not open/run. Can't get it to do anything at all. Had Nerds On Call tune up my computer today and asked them to see if they could find out the problem, but they said they saw nothing amiss. We had uninstalled then reinstalled twice.  Also restarted the computer. Nothing works.  Any suggestions appreciated!

First make sure you have the correct version for OSCAR for your computer... from https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR .  Make sure you're following the directions, located here:

Then, let us know what your operating system is.
