Dreamstation go humidifier firmware

Dreamstation go humidifier firmware
Does anyone know where I can download the dreamstation go humidifier firmware? I received a new unit I did not get the SD card needed to install the firmware to make the humidifier work. I'm traveling tomorrow and don't have time to get it from Phillips.

RE: Dreamstation go humidifier firmware
Hi Front row!  -  Welcome

I can't find any additional software requirement for the Go's humidifier.  Here are the instructions I found while searching.

Connecting to your DreamStation Go CPAP Humidifier
  1. Remove the humidifier beauty panel from your DreamStation Go by pulling from either side of the panel.

  2. Line up the front of the therapy device to the front of the humidifier. Make sure the air outlet port on the therapy device lines up with the air inlet port on the humidifier.

  3. Slide the therapy device and humidifier together until they snap into place.

  4. Attach the tube to the heated humidifier.

  5. To access the humidifier settings in the Therapy Off menu, navigate to the My Comfort menu. From here you can view or adjust the following humidifier settings.

I hope this helps.

Depending on the version of your Dreamstation go, you may already have the correct version of firmware if not look in the private files and links section

http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Forum-P...-and-Links

of the forum and you will see the latest Dreamstation go firmware there, install this and it will recognise the humidifier

Thanks for the replay and welcome. I tried the humidifier and received an error message "accessory not supported" . I called the place I ordered it from, their customer service was open on Saturday, they told me the order went out wrong and I need the firmware update.

RE: Dreamstation go humidifier firmware
Yes, you definitely need a firmware upgrade for the humidifier (to at least 1.1.3 if I recall correctly). There have been several more firmware updates after that. I’m running the latest, 1.1.5, with no problems.

My apologies. After further searches, I came across a Philips Go Humidifier FAQ that addresses your problem.  Here is the pdf and an excert from it.

The complete pdf.
