it shouldn't be a surprise to get different results from machines from 2 mfgrs. different algorithms, slightly different capabilities and therefore results.
SH 1.1.0 doesn't work right with my aircurve 10 asv. dunno if there are other bugs as I never got past the fact that it doesn't plot ipap or epap, not remembering which at the moment.
OA is among the rows available for event flags (in 1.0.0-beta 2) but to my knowledge the aircurve 10 asv does not flag any apnea except UA (unclassified).
you've probably noticed differences in where/how data is reported. for example, resmed reports flow limitation relative magnitude as well as frequency in a bar graph rather than flags.
I can't say this for a fact but it's my impression that once we get the settings dialed in, many aircurve 10 asv users can frequently have ahi's under 1.
(09-21-2018, 12:49 PM)Mark Sadler Anyway I\m getting about 1/2 the flags with the Resmed that I get with the Dreamstation. I only get LL, OA, UA, and H on the Resmed . There is No option in flags to choose other flags. I haven't figured out all the directions on posting attchments or would have sent a sleepy head graph. Wrote: Is there a different sleepyhead I should be using?
That is all the flags that the Resmed ASV provides..
Look in my signature on how to post a daily chart but the key is in sleepyhead with the required daily graph showing press F12 and it will create a screenshot in the screenshots directory in the sleepyhead data directory the data directory path can be found by selecting help => about sleepyhead then maybe show data folder

If you are running in ASV mode and not autoASV mode then the epap line cannot beeseen due to the automatic scaling if you left click to the right of the word pressure and you can then customise the Y-Axis set scaling mode to override min to 2.00 and max to 21.00, then you will see the EPAP line you can’t see it otherwise as the EPAP is over written by the base of the graph.

RE: New aircurve 10 ASV adjustment
thanks jas. in 1.1.0 in autoasv mode, epap has to be toggled on every time there's a screen rewrite. I've never had the problem you describe. epap has always been visible to me in asv and autoasv modes in 1.0.0.

Ok thanks I’ve not had your issue but I am using a S9 who know the mistery of these things..
[attachment=8366]Ok. I downloaded another sleepyhead and now CA's are flaged. On my Dreamstation ASV I have never had a night without centrals and obstructives. So like the rest of you with ASV's first it was a cpap, then bipap, then ASV, all Dreamstations. So this is the 4th new machine sense february. The one I wanted all along! Hopfully this will be the one that works for me. I hope the screen shots are readable.
any suggestions appericated.
