Dont get discouraged.
The settings i suggested are a broad brush swipe at helping while you have too wait. Once you know your ahi, type of apnea, and csn see data things will fall into place.

A modern machine with data, and mask properly selected and fitted to you will make a huge difference. That said, most of us did not feel immediate relief from the huge sleep debt that had built up. Not only is it possible your therapy is sub-optimal, it will take time to get back to feeling rested, even when it is right.
