So my settings are;
Mode- VAUTO (I guess this is BiPAP auto)
Max IPAP- 20 (Consistent with my 760)
Min EPAP- 12 (Consistent with my 760)
PS- 4 (Consistent with my 760 though I thought it was called something else) Your BiPAP has PSmin and PS max. Same thing but PR uses a range.
Ti Max- 2.0 (No clue what this is) Time of inspiration (IPAP) will hold for up to 2-seconds.
Ti Min 0.3 (No clue what this is) Time of inspiration (IPAP) will hold for at least 0.3 seconds (default)
Trigger- Medium (No clue what this is) Medium is default. This is the sensitivity of the machine to switch from EPAP to IPAP when it detects inhale.
Cycle- Medium (No clue what this is)  Medium is default. This is the sensitivity of the machine to switch from IPAP to EPAP when it detects exhale.
Mask- Pillows (P10 so yes)
Ramp time- 30 (I set this to off as I hate ramp)  That makes two of us.
Humidity- 4 (I think this is higher on my 760)  Comfort change as needed
Tube- Slimline (It seems like a slimline)  The other option is a heated tube. Probably not prescribed.
AB Filter- No (No clue what this is)  Anti-Bacterial filter is an inline filter on the tube between the humidifier and mask. You don't want one.
Essentials- On (No clue what this is)  Change this to PLUS for more detail in the Sleep Report
Leak Alert- Off (I guess this is the mask leak alert)
Smart Start- Off (I think this is the breathe and it starts, or take off and it stops, not on yet but considering it)  Try it, you'll like it. Machine turns on and off as it detects breathing or mask off.
Reminders- All off
Run Hours- 0 (So it's new)

Looks like a bunch of new settings I should look up and familiarize myself with....

Looks good. Try the changes I noted above.

Looks good. Try the changes I noted above.

It was an interesting night.

While it heated up for the first time it had a bad kind of burning smell. It dissipated within the hour, sort of new heating element smell and plastic if you ask me.

I put the mask on and turned on the machine and it started to blow really hard as compared to my old machine. I gave it about 10 minutes and it seemed to adjust. I couldn't handle the smell at that point so I set it down.

I tried the Smart Start because I thought it was a cool feature. I put the mask on and it started right up on my first breath. However, when I removed it it ran for about 10 seconds at full blowing, and then stopped. I thought it went off, but I still noted the smell and when I put my hand in front of the nasal pillows you could still feel it blowing air, it's slow, but definitely didn't go to off. Since it still smelled a bit I let it run for about 15 minutes like this to get rid of the smell. It still wouldn't go off though until I turned it off. Is this normal for it to keep lightly blowing, or should it go off?

When it was time to go to bed I left the climate control on auto, and the tube temp on auto, put on the mask and went to sleep. I woke up once in the middle of the night as my mask moved, but everything seemed normal. Got a standard nights sleep, and as I woke up the machine is really quiet, and seemed to be working just as good (ok maybe a little better even) than my 760. It's small, it's quiet, and so far it seems to work pretty well.

PS- 4 (Consistent with my 760 though I thought it was called something else) Your BiPAP has PSmin and PS max. Same thing but PR uses a range. Was this EPR on S9?
Ti Max- 2.0 (No clue what this is) Time of inspiration (IPAP) will hold for up to 2-seconds. Is that good?
Ti Min 0.3 (No clue what this is) Time of inspiration (IPAP) will hold for at least 0.3 seconds (defaultIs that good?
Trigger- Medium (No clue what this is) Medium is default. This is the sensitivity of the machine to switch from EPAP to IPAP when it detects inhale. Seemed ok last night
Cycle- Medium (No clue what this is)  Medium is default. This is the sensitivity of the machine to switch from IPAP to EPAP when it detects exhale. Seemed ok last night
Mask- Pillows (P10 so yes)
Ramp time- 30 (I set this to off as I hate ramp)  That makes two of us. Very annoying isn't it? Even at my pressure I prefer not using it.
Humidity- 4 (I think this is higher on my 760)  Comfort change as needed Seemed ok last night, shall see how it goes.
Tube- Slimline (It seems like a slimline)  The other option is a heated tube. Probably not prescribed. I do have heated tube just didn't have it inserted when I initially turned on the machine. I have now noted there are climate controls and tube temp controls. They are currently on auto, but it looks like there are many temperature controls from hot to even what appears to be cold at 65. No idea where to set these so I left auto, and figured I'd see what it did. It did ok last night so not sure if I should touch them.
AB Filter- No (No clue what this is)  Anti-Bacterial filter is an inline filter on the tube between the humidifier and mask. You don't want one.
Essentials- On (No clue what this is)  Change this to PLUS for more detail in the Sleep Report Will change to plus this evening.
Leak Alert- Off (I guess this is the mask leak alert)
Smart Start- Off (I think this is the breathe and it starts, or take off and it stops, not on yet but considering it)  Try it, you'll like it. Machine turns on and off as it detects breathing or mask off. I don't think it's working correctly, let me know what you think.

Thanks so much for all the help!

RE: New machine 5 years later
Be sure your AC adapter is not close to the machine as this can cause odors. With all the new stuff (machine, tube mask) I'm certain odors will subside in a few nights. I use a setting of 3 and tube temperature at 78 in summer, and 4 at 82 in winter, both in manual mode. I think the machine automatically over-rides the tube setting when a heated tube is used.

The auto-off feature may not work with the P10 using small or medium cushion. I never had a problem with a large. The nasal cushions sometimes create enough backpressure that the machine stays on. You can remove the mask from the tube instead of just removing the mask and it will work.

the auto off might have been functioning properly; the blower will run lightly for about 20 minutes after turning machine off if humidifier is on.

RE: New machine 5 years later
I get up during the night to go to the bathroom. I leave my airsense 10 autoset on smart start. But, when I do get up, I reach over and turn the machine off via the power button. That pretty much turns if off immediately.

Prior to doing that, it would continue to blow air for some time. It was loud and almost always woke up my wife.  Oh-jeez

I made those changes. Have been sleeping with it a few weeks now. For as much as the two machines are the same, they really do seem different. I'm not certain yet but I do think I like this machine better. Though it seems I have a tad higher AHI with it, which could be because I find myself leaving it on while I'm awake a bit more or it could just be me. I'm not certain of it yet, but it feels different than the Phillips machine did.

I definitely can't make it work with medium on the P10.

I let it wait 30 and still no luck.

Yah it won't work for me, nice feature, but I'm using the powers button.
