AHI still too high

RE: AHI still too high
Is there a way to pull my lower jaw forward? I think that's at least part of the problem - the PAP mask strap pulls my jaw back into my neck, which blocks airflow. And even without the mask, if I'm lying on my back, my jaw sinks back into my throat and it's harder to breathe. Also, anatomically I have a weak chin, pretty obvious if you look at my face in profile. The SCC doesn't seem to help with jaw positioning forward-backward, only up-down.

That is what a dental MAD device does. If you choose to go this route make sure to find a specialist in these devices. Keep in mind that these devices address one aspect that can cause apnea and you may still require a pap.

Also look at the knights bridge dual chin strap. We like it because it does not pull the chin back.
