AMD386, results seem better with the higher minimum pressure. I would take it to 8.0 and see how it feels there.

okay i set it to 8.0 do you think i need to switch to BiPAP or is ACPAP fine for me?

If you had the chance to use a Resmed Aircurve 10 Vauto, I sure wouldn't talk you out of it. It's a far more responsive and capable device that can target hypopnea with pressure support. Even the Airsense 10 Autoset would probably clean up all these events.

Next week i got an Doctor Appointment i will talk with him about the Resmed Aircurve 10 Vauto for now i really think we got it right
