New to CPAP, need help with analyze OSCAR
Hi

I'm from Poland, just started my CPAP therapy. I'm diagnosed with servere OA, and have the Philips Dreamstattion machine. My mask is Amara View. My pressure was set  by a doctor between 4-12 mmH2O.

Can you please give me some advice what I can improve, beacause i think it's not looking good.

Thank you.
Tomek

Tomaki, your minimum pressure is not effective and you need to raise it because the Philips Auto CPAPs are very slow and do not proactively stop obstructive events. On the other hand, you have very high events at times and low events at others, so you also need to be aware of Positional Apnea. Increase minimum pressure to 8.0, keep your maximum pressure of 12.0, and read the positional apnea article in Optimizing Therapy. It's a very common problem, and may just require fewer pillows to avoid chin tucking. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea
