First, thank you for your help. 

I was hopping for some advice regarding my CPAP settings. I've been using ResMed Airsense 10 for almost a year and still have yet to feel any better. Every morning my AHI is pretty low but still feel terrible. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

I would set your minimum pressure to at least 9cm to start and your maximum at 15cm, set your EPR at 3 full time and work at stopping your leaks.  Try these settings for a few night then post some more charts.
