Well you know Shin, we have higher standards here.
I would not consider achieving an AHI of 10 as successful. It's painful to look at, let alone endure. I think you can look at many members here on ASV that have had events in the 10-20 range that we encouraged to move that direction. It is surprising how many members we have helped to achieve very good results with CPAP that would have otherwise failed, due to lack of appropriate help from their doctors and other therapists. Our first move is to reduce pressure and any Flex, EPR or pressure support that has been prescribed or allowed.
