Newly-diagnosed. How am I doing?

RE: Newly-diagnosed. How am I doing?
Your pressures are set pretty far apart. Your med pressure is running at 14cm but your minimum pressure is all the way down at 6cm. Try putting the minimum pressure at 13cm and that should cut down on some of the wide pressure swings you get at night. I don't know if this will make you feel more rested but it helps some people to keep the pressure range narrow.

Hi guys,
I increased the minimum pressure to 10. My AHI yesterday was 2.15. However, I still had a bit of a hard time during the day. Headache, sleepiness, lack of focus etc Sad

I am really not sure what is going wrong.

Mozammil, I haven't learned the charts yet so I can't comment about your results. However I can assure you that sometimes that great feeling, alertness, vigor, etc. takes some time to experience. My first experience with PAP therapy took about two weeks, though I immediately stopped the night sweats, waking with racing heart frightened out of my mind, etc.

The next two times I've started treatment it's taken much longer -- the treatment I began in late February only began effecting clearheaded and vigorous feelings this plast week. Keep working toward it and don't get discouraged!

Hi there,

Hope everybody is doing well! After nearly a year of CPAP therapy, I have been doing better. Unfortunately, I relocated to another country and have barely been able to set up an appointment with another doctor. I would like to get your opinions on how I have been doing for the past few months. Here's some graphs for yesterday's sleep :Smile

Your results are excellent, but you could turn on EPR and improve flow limitations and hypopnea, and probably be more comfortable.
