Not getting all data on A10
So after fighting with SleepyHead and my firewall, I finally have SH 1 installed (as well as SH .9). SH 1 is seeing the data from the S9 Autoset and is now reading the card from the new(ish) A10 Autoset.
But I'm not seeing the data I thought I would. Shouldn't there be more?

RE: Not getting all data on A10
Not sure what you mean. Did you sleep longer than 8-1/2 hours? Or do you mean you expected more charts? You can enable display of more charts than what is in your screenshot.

RE: Not getting all data on A10
It was my understanding I should see things like RERA, on the left. That the A10s reported more.
Edited to add: here is a screenshot of someone else's data. We have the same machine.

RE: Not getting all data on A10
You will only see Rera if the machine scores any, once it raises event flags for the first time then it will appear in sleepyhead, with a subsequent value of 0.0 if none scored. This is a feature of sleepyhead and nothing wrong with your machine.

RE: Not getting all data on A10
You may wish to check your SH settings to see if all of the desired events and waveforms are checked for display ...
- File -----Preferences ---------Events (check desired data items) ---------Waveforms (check desired data elements) ---------Appearances (check Show Event Breakdown Pie Chart) You may have to rebuild your data after new selections ... - Data ---Rebuild CPAP Data (Be sure to select the correct machine if multiple machines are displayed.)

RE: Not getting all data on A10
You may also want to check the manufacture date of your A10. Somewhere on the bottom of machine, I think.
Some of the older A10's didn't report RERA's. But as srievine1 points out, check the File...Preferences settings. Also, check the bottom of the Daily page on the left and be sure all the Flags are clicked on.

RE: Not getting all data on A10
jaswilliams is correct as long as RERA is listed in the event flag drop down list it'll show up once scored as an event.
