Oscar does not import data card
I have uninstalled Sleepyhead and installed OSCAR. When I click to import data from my SD card I get a box with a green crawl over a box asking to choose a file, instead of importing from my G drive. My cpap is S9 autoset. Windows 7 OS computer. How do I correct this.

Click on the "choose a folder" button and then navigate to the drive your SD card is mounted on.

When you click on the Import icon, the screen very briefly shows a progress bar, which then disappears and the import dialog appears. I'm not sure what the progress bar is measuring - it's usually gone in an instant.
If I understand the original post, the progress bar is not disappearing, but remains in place, blocking the import dialog - is that correct?

RE: Oscar does not import data card
when the bar stops I get a window "find directory" I choose the G directory, click on the result and have the message "the specified path does not exist.
This also happened the last time I used Sleepyhead before I uninstalled it. Is something going on with the SD card?

RE: Oscar does not import data card
Can you access your card and see the directory from Windows Explorer, without OSCAR even running? If not, there's probably a problem with either the card or the card reader.

RE: Oscar does not import data card
First, Thanks to all for your helpful replies. I finally had the idea to erase all the data on the card, it looks like that was the problem. This morning I have the info from last night.
I get the best help and information from this site. Thank you. |
