OGBF Therapy Thread
Hi!

I've been using a CPAP (APAP) machine for 6 months and the sleep clinic has been working with me to dial in the settings. Last month I had a 2nd home sleep test whilst using the machine and it was still showing events that my machine wasn't reporting in it's summary. It's true whenever I looked at OSCAR there were quite a lot of flow limitations even though my AHI was almost always less than 3. I had my pressure range changed from 8 - 12 to 10 - 12 and all the flow limitations have gone away and my AHI is normally <1. However I often have slightly  flattened tops to my flow rate curves and my expiration is often a jagged mess. See attached pic.

My question is, can I hope for (and chase after) better or is this as good as it gets? I was wondering about changing to CPAP mode at 12 cm H²O for a night, do you think that would change anything?

Many thanks

*side note, when I have my pressure increased I had EPR turned on and my flow limitations went through the roof, with EPR off they completely disappeared.*
