The OSCAR day runs from noon to noon, just like the ResMed day. So any session started between noon on the 25th and noon on the 26th will be considered as the 25th. Your session started at 4-ish in the morning on the 26th, which counts as the 25th.
You could change the ResMed clock so that it has noon at 3:00 or 4:00 real time. I would not use OSCAR's clock drift setting, because it seems to create some other display problems. Just remember that the times displayed by OSCAR won't match what you slept.
Apnea Board Monitors are members who help oversee the smooth functioning of the Board. They are also members of the Advisory Committee which helps shape Apnea Board's rules & policies. Membership in the Advisory Members group does not imply medical expertise or qualification for advising Sleep Apnea patients concerning their treatment.
