Humidifier and device question

Humidifier and device question
My ASV humidifier has been doing some sort of popping sound every couple of minutes, as if it's not sealed properly. I made sure it is and when I see leaks as I am awake it is 0. I got a new humidifier and still pushing it all way it feels the suction creates a noise as chamber closes? Anything I can do about this?

Also my ASV device which is new, sometimes pauses in middle like I feel for less than a second no pressure (happens when I test it while awake) and then it resumes. It happens randomly and for a split second, anyone has an idea what that is?

Thank you!!

RE: Humidifier and device question
Since you indicate the machine is new, it is time to call your DME equipment provider and request answers and possibly warranty service.
