I've posted before about my high CSA. I'm using the Resmed AS11 since June 9th, 2021. I have an appt with my sleep doctor on October 20th where I will probably get switched to an ASV. Anyway, what concerns me right now is that I've had 3 nights in the past few weeks of Cheyne Stokes Respiration. I will attach a screenshot. Should I be worried about this?

RE: tmiller therapy
It's hard to say if CSR is an issue for you. Do you have any known heart problems?
I can see the pattern of it on your chart around 3:00, but could be just sleep wake junk, meaning you're not fully asleep or awake. This is something you need to document for your doctor, especially if it continues. Also copy your graphs and data for him to look at. I went back to look at a prior thread, and I do believe and agree with what others already stated is that you may be headed toward using an ASV machine. http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...nd-opinion As I said, watch this CSR pattern and bring it to the attention of your doctor on the 20th. He may want to do further testing. It may be nothing at all to worry about, but best to get checked.
