"Updating" to OSCAR 1.5.3 -vs- installing OSCAR first time

"Updating" to OSCAR 1.5.3 -vs- installing OSCAR first time
Do I just "install" the UPDATED 1.5.3 version with my former version still on my computer . . . and follow the same "install instructions" as I would if I were installing OSCAR for the first time?

Will all my previous reports be lost . . . or will they be transferred when I "install" the updated version?

Thanks, in advance, for clarification and any added instructions I may need.

Joy

PS - Do I need to do any "deleting" of the old version before/after I install the update?

No, just install it. All your data will transfer.

Just use this link OSCAR to install the latest version. You don't have to delete the old version, it will overwrite the old version.

Follow the instructions for the new version. All your data should be there.
