if you search around this forum you'll find plenty of evidence of airsense 10 motors failing before their rated hours. i'd like to believe they switched motors because of it but the reality is it was probably to cut down on parts inventory. but regardless motors failing is a reality and no motor is perfect. both can replaced easily.

the 11 also has support for bluetooth pulse oximeters while the 10 needs a proprietary resmed module. maybe one day you'll want to see your oxygen levels.

but the 10 can be bought really cheap especially refurbished so it's a great option.

Thanks for your opinion, folks. I'm gonna go ahead with 11 for now. (They don't even have 10 at the moment). I'll use it for a month and see if I have any problems.
