HELP - Strange Breathing Patterns Throughout Night
Could anyone explain what could cause erratic breathing like this time between 11:59pm to 12:01am, this specific time is during deep sleep stage(according to my tracker). This seems to happen throughout the night in various sleep stages and I’m thinking this is what is causing my brain to freak out because by the end of the night I can only sleep in like small bursts before waking up again, and a lot of times I have awakening shortly after these that often have no flow limits or large mask leaks associated so I am at a loss. I included Oscar data of time I am concerned about along with full night data link below to my SleepHQ data... for closer analyzation you can click on bottom of SleepHQ data for more "advanced" charts if you are not familiar with app. If anyone would like more Oscar data I can post that as well. I would appreciate any help!

RE: HELP - Strange Breathing Patterns Throughout Night
Could you please post a whole night in Oscar screen shot format, so there's context? thx

Agree with HA in needing to see the entire night.
The images you posted are typical arousal/awake breathing. Nothing significant there.

The snip is from when I was in deep sleep and my movement tracker is showing zero movement which leads me to believe it was not an arousal, which is what concerns me. And here is full screen shots of entire night on Oscar.

RE: HELP - Strange Breathing Patterns Throughout Night
Arousal/awake breathing has nothing to do with movement.
There is nothing there. If you keep digging you will find things that look strange, but are perfectly normal. |
