OSCAR not loading data

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if I could get some help with the following please"

I have not used OSCAR for ages (machine sat on the shelf for a few years). I have a couple of months worth of data on my SD disc and I also have an OSCAR profile.

When I start the s/w it shows the % bar loading to 100% but then it is up to me to click through to find the right file. None of the files I click on seem to load.

Can anyone help please?

Hi Geronimo! -
It is not the file you need to select, it is the root directory specifier. On a Windows OS, it would be the drive letter of the SD card. On a Mac or Linux, it is the SD specifier created by your system.

I downloaded OSCAR. I put my SD card in but OSCAR didn't download data.
It also did not ask me where to put the data
All I have is the Welcome Page but Daily View, Overview and Statistics are shaded.

I uninstalled OSCAR and re-installed it and the problems are the same.

Help gratefully accepted.

Did you create a user profile? Also, it would really help to know what computer operating system you are using.
