OSCAR profile missing

RE: OSCAR profile missing
Excellent!  First, you have both a Philips and a Resmed in one profile.  This isn't a good idea because each one reports data differently from each other.  We strongly suggest the profile only contain one machine brand type.  Try creating a new profile, and import your data for that brand.

The first thing is to validate where OSCAR is looking for your data.  While in OSCAR, select the Help ⇾ About OSCAR option.  Now look on the right side of the popup window.  You will see, Show data folder. Select it.  The location listed is where OSCAR is looking for your data.  It should be displaying the root directory, OSCAR_Data.  The path should match where you found it listed in your previous post.  If it isn't than that's where the problem is.

If the locations don't match, you have basically 2 options.
Option 1: Copy the OSCAR_Data directory to the location specified by OSCAR.

Option 2: Update OSCAR's registry definition for this location.
If OSCAR isn't finding this location, go to the OSCAR_Data location on your computer using Widows Explorer.  Right-click on the path in the box at the top of your Explorer window, and select Copy address as text.  Remember you will need to enter the OSCAR_Data folder to have a complete address in the path box.  The path should end with \OSCAR_Data.
Now edit your registry listing for OSCAR by using the command regedit.exe.  Locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OSCAR_Team\OSCAR\Settings ⇾  AppData. Double-click on the AppData listing on the rightside and paste the copied address into its declaration box. Exit the registry editor.

After any modification, always restart OSCAR.

Good luck!

That's helpful! The locations do not match. A little clarification on your instructions:
"Copy the OSCAR_Data directory to the location specified by OSCAR."

Do you mean, copy the OSCAR_Data folder and all its subfolders from the OSCAR-Data folder list I sent you to the location that pops up when I click on "show data folder" in About OSCAR?

Yes!  Just click on the listing, OSCAR_Data press Ctrl-C (copy), go to the desired folder that will host this directory (where OSCAR is looking) and press Ctrl-V (paste).  This will copy the complete data directory.  If the same name exists, it will ask if you want to merge.  Select, "Yes".  The in is going to present options for the existing directories and files.  Check the little box in the lower left corner labeled, "Do this for the next conflicts" and then select "Copy and Replace".

Edit: The one you posted seems to have the data.  Based off of your comments, the one OSCAR is currently looking toward is empty.

That did the trick Crimson. Thanks so much!

I never use the Phillips machine. Does it matter if I just leave it in the profile?

If it isn't bothering you, you can leave it.
