RE: Obsessing
Hi Eaglett,
Understand your anxiety. Will say my readings were higher in the beginning. Realized that sometimes I got dinged with a hyponea or central when rolling over...was holding my breath. Silly me. Hang in there!
RE: Obsessing
Hi, as everyone has said - don't stress. Speaking from personal experience, I do know that if you stress about things, the ahi does go up although I cannot give you a reason as to why. I have had 0 twice in a year. However, another thing that I have found is that getting the right fitting mask REALLY does help! I had the wrong size for a year and really only felt marginally better. I now have a correct mask and almost instantly, my black eyes aren't black any more and my ahi is a constant 0.2 - sometimes I worry that my machine is broken, it always seems to be 0.2!! but reading my stats, the machine is fine. Good luck
RE: Obsessing
For the time being I have stopped obsessing. I'm sure it will come again. I am happy with my mask - granted I have nothing to compare it with - but there are no problems that I know of. As long as I stay below .4 AHI, I will consider myself good.
