How AHI is determined

As others have said, your AHI is too high, which concerns us.  If you post a daily chart for a typical night, we can probably make some suggestions to help you.

One detail: centrals generally occur as pausing after you exhale, not as holding your breath after you inhale.  I've attached an example of a central occurring after a brief arousal.  The arousal is that heavier and more irregular breathing.

You can zoom in on your flow rate to take a look.  The way I zoom in is to left click to select a small part of the night, then hold down the up arrow to zoom all the way in.  Holding down the down arrow zoom you back out.

I can't get my AHI below 10. If I did, it would be way to much pressure.

If your AHI is really at 10, you need to post a chart or two.  That is just too high!

I just went back to read through your earlier threads and realized you said your machine is not supported by OSCAR as it is a DreamStation 200, which is a Brick.  It simply isn't data capable, so I apologize for asking you to post data.

What information can you read from the machine's display?  I'm curious as to the breakdown of AHI.  Are you experiencing mostly Obstructives, Hypopnea, Clear Airways?  Is this information on the display anywhere?  

Would like to rule out Central Sleep Apnea.
