RE: Question about sedation
It is possible to use specific nerve blocks to help manage pain and reduce the total sedation required for the procedures. This is something to discuss with the dentist and/or anesthesiologist.

RE: Question about sedation
Last surgery was 4 1/2 hours under. Doctor used nerve blocks and light sedation. I did fine this time and the other 5 this year. All the doctors have been aware of my cpap use. It has not been any problem.
I did have one surgery put off when they were not sure. I got to another hospital and it went fine. All of this has helped, not much fun but better days. Looking for another year of challenges. |
