yeah i have that one too and it does pick up the time from my iphone, for sure. i was just going off the fact that both are wellue devices and they probably share the same code/are the same thing except for the form factor.
but the airsense10 i have has no modem, and it definitely gets out of sync. i have to go in every few days and reset the time.
it does sounds like the airsense11 should be syncing up to the cellular network, but then again who knows how often they sync or if they even care about being properly synchronized. maybe OP can see the time in the airsense11 menus and note when the minutes are incrementing to get an idea about how well it's synchronized with the phone (which should be very accurate)
Hello, I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to please look over my OSCAR data and see if anything stands out that could be tweaked to help optimize my therapy. I'm really looking to reduce the number of central apneas, as I appear to be having more of those than any other type at the moment. I currently have a RESMED Airsense 11 with a nasal pillows mask. I do have chronic nasal blockage for which I have to use decongestant nasal spray to keep my nasal airway open.
Sleep Study Results:
Overall AHI: 44/hr
RDI: 45/hr
64% of sleep was supine and 15% was lateral
AHI of 60/hr while supine and 15/hr while lateral
Any thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
jr991 - I have merged your 3 threads that relate to your CPAP journey. It makes it easier for those that offer advice to see your history in one thread. To provide a more inclusive title, I have renamed it to "jr991 - CPAP Therapy Help".
Going forward, please use this thread to post your therapy related questions and OSCAR charts.

When I first got my CPAP a few months ago and was using it my average AHI was no more than 1. I then went awhile without using it and now that I have started using it again I'm getting higher AHI and mostly Central Apneas. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I did try reducing EPR from 3 to 2 for one night and that may have helped somewhat as I had fewer CA's but it was quite hard to exhale. Any thoughts on what I should be trying next?
