Nose congestion and UARS

Were you in a supine position? 

If so, gravity could be making your to tongue fall back, partly blocking your airway. 



It’s worse in that position but it will happen any position. Sometimes I feel it through the day going about life.

I agree with the Buteyko breathing exercises for nose plugging to clear !

Hold your nose and walk around slowly for a bit until you have medium air hunger.

Do it up to 5 times, you won't believe how it works !
