Apologies in advance if I’m not doing something right. Also very new to this.

I have downloaded the overview of my usage to date. I need help understanding his please. Still very symptomatic too.

What we prefer to see is a Screenshot from the Daily Page.  The instructions are in the links in my Signature Line for Organizing a chart and how to post using the Attachment Feature.  

To Take a Screenshot:

Set your display to the Standard view.  
(View > Reset Graphs > Standard)
Take a screenshot of your Daily screen.
   * For Windows or Linux: Use the F12 key
   * For a Mac: Use Fn+F12
