Oscar Update?

When I check for updates, here is what I get:
   
There is a later version 1.5 so why is it not offering to update?
Is it recommended to update or stay with 1.3.1?

To address the "Trusted Site" issue, the URL was changed. You will need to manually upgrade OSCAR. Version 1.5.1 will look for updates correctly.

• Should I uninstall Oscar first or just run the installer exe?
  
• Will it keep my settings and existing data in place?  Oximetry Data also? 
  
• I have Windows 10-64 bit.  I imagine I should install 32-bit Oscar.  Do you agree?

For Windows, just install it. It will replace any file it needs to, and it will maintain your settings.

I may have spoke too quickly.  This is what Event Flags shows on another profile.

But on a more recent profile, this is what is shows:
   
How do I get the missing events to show up in this view?

Check the active events in the bottom left of the graph area. CSR will not display until it detects one.

Thanks; this profile is new and there is only one night of data. I had zero events for that night, so I guess that's why I'm not seeing the additional event field. It does show OA, UA and H however, so maybe those are always active.
