Oscar advice for a newbie

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post, please let me know if it’s not appropriate.

I can understand the basics of the Oscar reports, but I would love to correspond with someone who can read and interpret them better than me. 

I have taken screenshots from Oscar from a typical nights results on CPAP. Can anyone interpret them for me please?

Shazbat, start a thread in the Main Forum and label it Shazbat's Therapy Thread or something like that.  Then keep all your questions in that thread relating to your data.

The best way to learn is to ask specific questions.
