I go to the link to download Oscar on my iPad but it never opens. Is there something f I’m doing wrong?

Yeah I finally figured that out. Now my Mac says NO to this download. I have to find a way to circumvent that.

I'm guessing you are probably running Big Sur. I found the following links on the subject, “mac not allowing file download”.
