OSCAR - Showing a First Use date of 1969

OSCAR is constantly being modified.  When we, the developers, get to a point that we feel is appropriate we make a release.  We are currently in that state.  Some of the changes you can see, others are deep in the code, prepping for future changes.  Many of our changes come from suggestions in this forum.  Below are the changes since the last release.

• [fix] Release builds use a Settings key of OSCAR, Test builds use OSCAR-test, and Branch builds use OSCAR-branch. Default data directories are similarly named.
  
• [fix] Overview chart problems when both CPAP and Oximetry data were included fixed
  
• [fix] Translations updated for all languages. Spanish (Mexico) and Norwegian languages added
